Please keep in mind, though, that our cancellation policy is also affected by service companies we work with outside of us. Non-Refundable Flight Tickets: These airline tickets are not eligible for refund. Before making bookings, you should check the airline's cancellation policy.

Refundable Flight Ticket: These flight tickets are refundable. Certain carriers may offer airline credit points instead of cash returns for refundable tickets. These credit points can be used to book future flights with the same airline.

Refund Processing Time: The time it takes to handle refunds depends on the situation, so we can't give you a firm time limit. But mostly, it takes 48 hours to get refunds, and if it's net banking, then it takes around 6-7 working days for the refund to process.

24-Hour Cancellation Rule: If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking, you may be able to get your money back, but this depends on the airline's rules. Every airline has its own set of rules, so it is suggested that you check with the airline policies for cancellation, too. But cancelling within 24 hours doesn't promise a refund; depending on the airline's rules, you may be unable to get one.

Limits And Restrictions: Following the airline's rules may mean that you have to follow certain limits.

Non-Refundable Items: Most Airline tickets, hotels, tour packages, and service fees are not eligible for a refund after 24 hours of booking. So, cancel your booking according to the airline policy within 24 hours to get a refund.

Eligibility for Refund: There is certain eligibility to get refunds. You can only request a refund if you are not a "no-show." Most "no-show" bookings are not qualified for refunds.

Sequential Processing: Refund requests are handled in the order they are received, and they take time to process. So be patient when it comes to refunds.

Email Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund request has been checked out, accepted and processed.

Refund Timeline: From the time you send in your request to the time you see the credit on your account, it may take 60 to 90 days for you to get your refund.

Service Fees: Fareohorse may charge a service fee if you need to return your money after buying a ticket.

Supplier Penalties: Suppliers can charge refund fees, which will be removed from the returned amount given to the customers.
